摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore differential diagnosis value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in benign and malignant thyroid micronodules of thyroid imaging reporting and data system(TI-RADS)4 type.Method:A retrospective analysis method was adopted.A total of 100 patients(118 nodules)with thyroid micronodules classified as TI-RADS 4 type by conventional ultrasound examination,who were admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected,and all patients underwent CEUS examination.Using cytological examination results as the gold standard,benign nodules were included in the benign group(n=69)and malignant nodules were included in the malignant group(n=49).The CEUS parameters(rise time,time to peak and mean transition time)of the two groups were compared,and the value of CEUS in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant TI-RADS type 4 thyroid micronodules was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Result:The rise time,time to peak and mean transition time of the malignant group were shorter than those of the benign group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The area under the curve of the combination of rise time,time to peak and mean transition time in the diagnosis of thyroid malignant micronodules was higher than that of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion:CEUS has high value in differentiating the benign and malignant of tyroid micronodules of TI-RADS 4 type.关键词
