摘要
Abstract
Insomnia disorder(ID)is the most common sleep disorder,which seriously endangers people's quality of life and physical and mental health.There is no unified conclusion on its pathogenesis,and hyperarousal is the main theory to explain the pathogenesis of ID at present.The development of neuroimaging enables it to study the brain mechanism at the functional level.This review aims to clarify the evidence of hyperarousal in function and metabolism of ID patients by integrating the existing functional neuroimaging studies.Although the results are different,most of them show that ID patients have experienced a state of high excitement,and these findings support that hyperarousal plays a key role in the pathophysiology of ID.In the future,we should clarify the mechanism of hyperarousal in the whole disease process through longitudinal research and promote the application of neuroimaging in ID diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.关键词
