升阳益胃汤治疗慢性胃炎的研究进展
Research Progress on Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in Treating Chronic Gastritis
摘要
Abstract
Chronic gastritis as a common digestive system disease,has been found in western medicine treatment in some patients with poor treatment effect and high recurrence rate.Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of chronic gastritis.In recent years,it has been found that Shengyang Yiwei Decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis,and has obvious advantages in improving the symptoms of patients,reducing the degree of lesions under gastroscopy and inhibiting the proliferation of Hp.Its mechanism of action is mainly anti-inflammatory bactericidal,regulating apoptosis,protecting gastric mucosa and regulating gastrointestinal motility.This paper reviews the research on Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis from the theoretical basis,clinical trials,modern pharmacology and mechanism of action,and provides a more accurate theoretical basis for Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis,so that it can play a better role in clinical practice.关键词
