Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle method in drug management of national drug centralized procurement(referred to as centralized procurement).Methods The completion rate of hosital centralized procurement drugs,purchase amounts,and procurement amounts of key monitoring rational drug use before the implementation of PDCA cycle management(2022)were collected.To analyze the current usage status of centralized procurement drugs,set targets,implement interventions by using PDCA cycle method,and observe changes in various data after implementation(2023).Resluts Compared with those in 2022,the completion rate of hosital centralized procurement drugs in 2023 increased from 92.00%to 98.88%;The proportion of purchase amounts of centralized procurement drugs increased from 47.54%to 66.54%;the proportion of purchase amount of key monitoring rational drug use drugs decreased from 17.71%to 13.92%,and the proportion of use amount decreased from 16.31%to 15.51%.Conclusion The PDCA cycle method can be used to improve the centralized procurement and completion of drug procurement in hospitals when applied to the management of centralized procurement drug usage,and control the procurement and use of drugs for rational drug use.关键词
