Optimization of Water Extraction Process for Compound Xuanhuang Liyan Oral Liquid
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the water extraction process for Compound Xuanhuang liyan oral liquid.Method With as the evaluation index,the L9(34)orthogonal test was used to optimize the water extraction process of Compound Xuanhuang Liyan Oral Liquid with ethanol volume fraction,ethanol dosage,extraction time and extraction times as the investigation factors,and validation test was carried out.Results The optimal water extraction process was as follows:adding eight times the amount of 60%ethanol(ten times the amount used for the first time),hot reflux extracting twice,each time for 1.5 hours.In the validation test,the average content of harpagoside in the three batches of samples was 222.52 μg/mL,and the average paste yield was 24.22%.Conclusion The optimal water extraction process is scientific,stable,feasible,and can be used for extracting effective ingredients from Compound Xuanhuang Liyan Oral Liquid.关键词
