卡瑞利珠单抗联合氟尿嘧啶+奥沙利铂治疗老年晚期食管癌临床观察
Clinical Observation of Carrelizumab Combined with Fluorouracil+Oxaliplatin in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Advanced Esophageal Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of camrelizumab combined with fluorouracil+oxaliplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(44 cases)and an observation group(42 cases)by using the odd-even randomization method.Both groups were treated with fluorouracil injection and oxaliplatin injection,and the observation group additionally treated with carrelizumab injection by intravenous drip.Both groups were treated for 21 days as a cycle,and stopped after disease progression or intolerance to drug.Results The objective response rate and disease control rate in the observation group were 28.57％and 71.43％,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(11.36％and 28.57％,P<0.05).After treatment,levels of carcinoembryonic antigen,squamous cell carcinoma antigen and cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while Th1/Th2 and CD4+/CD8+were significantly increased(P<0.05)in both groups.The above indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of skin mucosal toxicity in the observation group was 79.19％,which significantly higher than that in the control group(50.00％,P<0.05).Most adverse drug reactions in both groups were grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ and alleviated after symptomatic treatment.The 1-year overall survival rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Camrelizumab combined with fluorouracil+oxaliplatin can enhance antitumor efficacy and improve immune function for patients.关键词
