醒脑静注射液联合醒脑开窍针法治疗基底节区脑出血疗效观察
Clinical Observation of Xingnaojing Injection Combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao Needling Technique in the Treatment of Basal Ganglia Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing Injection combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao needling technique in the treatment of basal ganglia hemorrhage,and its effect on serum endothelin-1(ET-1)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)levels.Methods A total of 100 patients with basal ganglia hemorrhage admitted to the Cardiovascular Department of the Hospital from 22 September 2023 to 28 May 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases).The patients in the two groups were given routine symptomatic treatment and oral administration of Xingnaojing Injection.On this basis,the patients in the observation group were given Xingnao Kaiqiao needling technique.Both groups were continuously treated for six months and followed up for six months.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 64.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores,cerebral edema volume,ET-1,MMP-9,fibrinogen in serum,malondialdehyde(MDA),and resistance index significantly decreased after treatment,while superoxide dismutase(SOD),mean blood flow velocity,and pulsatility index(PI)significantly increased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group was much better(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was comparable between the observation group and the conventional group(10.00%vs.22.00%,P>0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing Injection combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao needling technique can improve neurological function,reduce oxidative stress and cerebral edema,restore cerebral hemodynamics,and downregulate serum ET-1and MMP-9 in patients with basal ganglia hemorrhage.关键词
