Meta-Analysis of the Intervention Effect of ″Internet+″ Pharmaceutical Care on Patients with Hypertension

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the intervention effect of ″Internet+″ pharmaceutical care on patients with hypertension.Methods Medline,Embase,The Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,WanFang,VIP and SinoMed were searched by computer from the establishment of each database to May 2024.The methodological quality of the included randomized controlled trials was evaluated according to the Cochrane systematic review method,and Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.3 software.Results A total of 13 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were included,and the quality of the literature was generally poor.A total of 2 103 patients were included,including 1 050 cases in the experimental group(″ Internet+″pharmaceutical care+routine intervention)and 1 053 cases in the control group(routine treatment+other interventions).The results of Meta-analysis showed that the control rate of blood pressure in the intervention group[OR=2.90,95%CI(2.32,3.64),P<0.000 01],the change of systolic blood pressure[MD=-10.12,95%CI(-16.04,-4.21),P=0.000 8];the changes of diastolic blood pressure[MD=-6.41,95%CI(-9.43,-3.40),P<0.000 1],total medication compliance[OR=5.72,95%CI(3.77,8.69),P<0.000 01],total medication satisfaction[OR=3.76,95%CI(1.58,8.94),P=0.003]and the incidence of adverse drug reactions[RR=0.44,95%CI(0.33,0.58),P<0.000 01]in the observation group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion ″Internet+″ pharmaceutical care has a good effect on the intervention of outcome indicators in patients with hypertension.However,the quality of the included studies in this study is low,and the conclusion needs to be further verified.关键词
