Abstract
Objective To summarize the research progress of extraction and preparation technology,quality control method and immune regulation of astragalus polysaccharide.Methods The literatures related to astragalus polysaccharides were searched in VIP,CNKI,Web of Science and PubMed databases from the establishment of the database to March 31,2024.The research status of extraction and preparation technology,quality control and immune regulation of astragalus polysaccharides were summarized,and to put forward development suggestions.Results Different extraction methods had different effects on the content and purity of astragalus polysaccharides,and the enzyme-assisted extraction method had the highest extraction efficiency.The chemical structure of astragalus polysaccharides is complex,and it is necessary to further optimize the polysaccharide structure analysis technology and establish a unified quality control standard.Astragalus polysaccharides can play an immune regulatory role by regulating immune organs,immune cells,cytokines,etc.,thus producing antiviral and anti-tumor effects.Conclusion It is necessary to further strengthen the structure and function of astragalus polysaccharide,and further elucidate its pharmacodynamic mechanism,to provide reference for further research on the preparation,quality control,immune regulation mechanism and clinical application of astragalus polysaccharide.关键词
