Overview of external alchemy medicine literatures
摘要
Abstract
The origin of external alchemy is closely related to medicine,and the formation of materia medica studies also absorbed knowledge of external alchemy.External alchemy were not directly used for medical purposes before Tang dynasty,but t made positive contributions to the development of Materia Medica studies.During the Tang dynasty,SUN Simiao actively explored the laws of external alchemy for medical purposes and created a new era in medicinal chemistry.In the Song dynasty,there was a breakthrough in the trend of using external alchemy for medical purposes,and medical elixirs became an independent type of prescription.In addition,alchemists developed unique alchemical Materia Medica studies,continuously promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
