Abstract

Bleached softwood pulp and conductive carbon black were used as the primary raw materials in this study,and cationic polyacryl-amide(CPAM)was used as a retention aid to prepare antistatic air filter paper by wet forming.The effects of the dosage of CPAM and ad-dtion amount of carbon black on retention rate of carbon black and the properties of the antistatic air filter paper were investigated.The re-sults showed that when the addition amount of carbon black was 6%and the dosage of CPAM was 0.10%,the retention rate of carbon black in air filter paper reached 56%,and the bursting strength,average pore size,air permeability,and surface resistance of the air filter paper were 60.2 kPa,40.3 μm,188 L/m²·s,and 1.4×104 Ω,respectively.The air filter paper displayed excellent strength and antistatic perfor-mance,as well as suitable pore size distribution and air permeability,and could meet the requirements of air purification for lithium battery production workshop.
