数字技术赋能内蒙古T县法治建设问题研究

Abstract
Promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities on the track of the rule of law is one of the core essentials of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.With the advent of the era of big data,digital technology continues to empower rural governance and provide new opportunities for the modernization of rural governance.However,there are also some problems.This paper analyzes the status of rural rule of law construction in T County,and addresses the problems of villagers'weak awareness of the rule of law,poor publicity effect of the rule of law,low utilization rate of infrastructure,and low quality of cadres.In response to related issues,it is necessary to strengthen digital embedding and increase legal popularization,while strengthening attention to the construction of smart rule of law,increasing investment in infrastructure,and strengthening the construction of talent teams,etc.,so as to realize the intelligent rule of law in rural areas.Finally,social governance will be modernized through smart rule of law.关键词
