智慧农业产业发展现状与人才需求调研

Abstract
Faced with the development of the smart agricultural industry in the direction of intelligence,refinement,intensification and large-scale,new and higher requirements have been raised for agriculture-related professionals,and there is an urgent need to make corresponding reforms in agricultural vocational education.Through research,this paper analyzes the development status of the smart agricultural industry,the demand for technical and skilled talents,and the current situation of agricultural vocational education,and draws corresponding conclusions.At the same time,in order to enhance the adaptability of Chongqing Municipal Agricultural school's vocational education and improve the quality of training agriculture-related professionals in Chongqing Municipal Agricultural school and the employment quality of graduates,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide a reference plan for the training of agriculture-related professionals in secondary vocational schools.关键词
