桃花种质资源湖南省科普基地内外部环境分析及发展战略研究

Abstract
In an era of information explosion and rapid changes in the media environment,the importance of science popularization bases has become increasingly prominent.Changde Vocational and Technical College's Peach Blossom Germplasm Resources Hunan Province Science Popularization Base vividly presents scientific knowledge to the public through exhibitions,experiments and interactions,stimulates curiosity and creativity,and becomes an important platform for improving the public's scientific literacy and cultivating innovative capabilities.By analyzing the internal and external environment of the base,this paper finds that it has a complete organizational structure,rich human resources,sufficient resource allocation and strong innovation capabilities.In order to cope with challenges such as insufficient application of new technologies,insufficient brand promotion,and competition in emerging science popularization services,this paper proposes a win-win strategy of technological innovation and cooperation,aiming to enhance the influence and sustainable development capabilities of the base,and contribute to the science popularization cause of Hunan Province and even the whole country.关键词
