Abstract
The Gansu Province's policy about ecological and geological disaster avoidance relocation is a pragmatic initiative to carry out President Xi Jinping's important discussion on disaster prevention and mitigation,and the implementation of the policy proposes higher stangards for the scientific and reasonable siting of rural settlements.The practical village planning of"integrate different plans into a single master plan"serves as the main legal basis for optimizing the layout of rural settlements,coordinating the construction of various facilities and adjusting the layout of land use,and is an important basis for building livable,business friendly,and beautiful rural areas.It's also an significant action for implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Through an in-depth interpretation of the policy and its revelation on the optimization of settlement layout,taking the village planning of Minqin County as an illustration,in order to provide new ideas and planning perspectives for the formulation of village planning in the province,this paper further explores the optimization strategies for residential layout,ensure that the planning achievements are practical,useful,and effective,and help assist the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.关键词
