Abstract
There are many bottlenecks in the development of rural talents under the Rural Revitalization Strategy,such as difficulty in introducing talents,insufficient training systems,serious losses,poor development environment and lack of incentive mechanisms.These problems all directly restrict the goal of rural revitalization.The article focuses on the bottleneck problem of rural talent development,analyzes its specific manifestations and causes,and puts forward countermeasures such as improving talent introduction policies,improving the talent training system,improving the development environment,innovating incentive mechanisms and strengthening service guarantees.It is expected to have certain theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting rural revitalization.关键词
