新农科背景下中药资源与开发专业生物化学与分子生物学课程改革策略
摘要
Abstract
Biochemistry and molecular biology are the common foundation of all branches of life sciences,emphasizing theoretical knowledge as the basis and experimental training as the core.This course is an important carrier for subject integration in the process of professional construction and is of great significance to the cultivation of talents in the major of traditional Chinese medicine resources and development.This paper introduces the necessity of offering this course,clarifies the problems encountered in the theoretical teaching process from the aspects of teaching concepts,methods,assessment and evaluation,introduces the difficulties faced by the experimental teaching process from the aspects of teacher team,experimental platform,experimental content,etc.,and proposes theoretical teaching reform based on the OBE concept and experimental teaching reform countermeasures of"one body,two wings and four integrations".Under the guidance of cultivating applied talents,the design and reform of biochemistry and molecular biology courses for traditional Chinese medicine resources and development provides theoretical guidance and reference for improving teaching quality and cultivating innovative,applied and comprehensive talents.关键词
