基于本硕贯通的卓越农林创新人才培养模式探索

Abstract
In the context of the development of the new era,in the face of the rapid popularization of global agricultural intelligence,the urgent need for ecological and environmental protection,and the profound changes in the agricultural economic structure,we will build a talent training program that adapts to new development needs to cultivate and serve agricultural and forestry construction.Talents are crucial.This paper explores the talent training model based on the integration of students and masters,combines the excellent agricultural and forestry innovative talent training plan,and strengthens the practical teaching link by innovating the traditional curriculum system.The establishment of a"multi-mentor"guidance system has explored and practiced the training model of outstanding agricultural and forestry innovative talents based on the integration of students and masters,and has achieved certain results,providing certain reference significance for the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents in similar schools.关键词
