农业院校"实践育劳"模式探索与实践

Abstract
Comprehensively strengthening labor education in the new era is an inevitable requirement for building a high-quality education system.Based on the historical tradition and development strategy,labor education in agricultural colleges and universities has a unique value connotation for the implementation of the mission of"cultivating people with moral character and strengthening agriculture".The School of Engineering of Jiangxi Agricultural University grasps the characteristics of the disciplines,coordinates practical resources,builds a practical labor education model with"four stages,three supports,and two integrations"as the main content,and promotes the deep integration of labor education into practical education and runs through the entire process of talent training.The construction of practical labor education education system in agricultural colleges and universities provides effective reference and path for exploring labor education in the new era.关键词
