涉农高校校史资源融入"三农"情怀培育的现实逻辑与实践路径

Abstract
At present,the Rural Revitalization Strategy is at a critical stage of development,and the demand for talents in"agriculture,rural areas and rural residents"is growing.However,it is noteworthy that graduates of agriculture-related colleges and universities are generally reluctant to find employment in the countryside,which reflects the shortcomings of agriculture-related colleges and universities in cultivating feelings about"agriculture,rural areas and rural residents".In order to solve this problem,this paper discusses in depth how to integrate the school history resources of agricultural universities into the cultivation process of"agriculture,rural areas and rural residents"feelings.Through in-depth analysis of the current education dilemma,it puts forward innovative strategies,including building a school history work and curriculum ideological and political collaborative education mechanism,as well as a deep integration strategy driven by student participation.关键词
