乡村振兴背景下产乡教协同共生体的逻辑内涵、功能定位与实现路径
摘要
Abstract
In the strategic context of rural revitalization,this paper explores the logical connotations of industry,rural areas,and education.Using symbiosis theory as an entry point,it clarifies the symbiotic units,symbiotic environment,and symbiotic relationships among these three entities.The functional orientation of the industry-rural-education collaborative symbiotic system is proposed as an incubator for rural revitalization talent cultivation and a catalyst for digital intelligenceempowerment of rural revitalization.Finally,the implementation paths for the industry-rural-education collaborative symbiotic system are outlined:firstly,to establish a series of policy mechanisms to ensure the system's healthy operation,with rural revitalization as the starting point;secondly,to build an"orderly,effective,and powerful"industry-rural-education collaboration platform,driven by agricultural new quality productive forces;and thirdly,to facilitate the flow of human resources within the platform,focusing on the cultivation of a high-level technical and skilled workforce.关键词
