基于转录组的水稻'甬籼15'早熟机制解析
Transcriptome analysis of the early maturity mechanism of the rice cultivar'Yongxian 15'

Abstract
'Yongxian 15'is a leading early-maturing early indica rice cultivar in Zhejiang Province,and elucidating its early maturity molecular mechanisms is of great significance for the breeding of early-maturing rice.In this study,we conducted a series of transcriptome analyses on'Yongxian 15'(early-maturing)and'Zhongzao 39'(medium-maturing)during critical stages of spikelet differentiation.By calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient between the transcriptomes at different dates,a large number of genes were found to be differential expressions before and after spikelet differentiation.Oscillatory genes that were stage-differentially expressed were filtered out,and the genes related to jasmonic acid(JA)biosynthesis and cell wall synthesis were enriched.Temporal clustering analysis demonstrated that JA biosynthesis-and signaling pathway-related genes were specifically enriched in a gene cluster exhibiting upregulated expressions after the initiation of spikelet differentiation and downregulated expressions following stage Ⅱ of spikelet differentiation.Comparing the expression patterns of specific oscillatory genes,it was assumed that JA signaling pathway was involved in regulating spikelet differentiation in'Yongxian 15'.A series of genes,including OsGI,OsFD1,RFL,OsMADS15,and OsHESO1,were identified as potential regulators influencing the photoperiod pathway to promote spikelet differentiation in'Yongxian 15'.These findings provide novel targets for the molecular breeding of early-maturing rice cultivars.关键词
