The Role of Exosomes in the Pathogenesis of Osteoarthritis and the Regulatory Effects of Acupuncture
摘要
Abstract
Acupuncture therapy has been widely applied in the treatment of osteoarthritis(OA).Studies have shown that acupuncture primarily alleviates OA pathology by improving the local microenvironment,regulating inflammatory response,and modulating the immune and nervous systems.However,the precise therapeutic mechanisms of acupuncture remain unclear and require further investigation.Exosomes,as small extracellular vesicles released by cells,play a crucial role in cellular communication and functional regulation.Acupuncture has been found to influence exosomes release,and preliminary studies suggest that exosomes and the released substances may amplify acupuncture signals in a cascade-like manner.This study explores the role of exosomes in the pathogenesis of OA and the regulatory effect of acupuncture,providing a theoretical basis for exploring the deeper mechanisms of acupuncture in the treatment of OA.关键词
