眼针疗法联合揿针治疗帕金森病便秘的临床研究
Clinical Study of Eye Acupuncture Combined with Thumbtack Needling in Treatment of Parkinson's Disease-Related Constipation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture combined with thumbtack needling in treatment of Parkinson's disease(PD)-related constipation.Methods:60 patients with PD-related constipation were randomly divided into the conventional acupuncture group and the combined therapy group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional medications for PD.The conventional acupuncture group was treated with needling points and operations according to the textbook specifications;on which basis,the combined therapy group was treated with eye needling Liver zone,Spleen zone,Stomach zone,and Large intestine zone,once per day;the thumbtack needling was also applied to Ganshu(BL18),Pishu(BL20),Weishu(BL21),and Dachangshu(BL25)in the combined therapy group,once every other day.The chronic constipation severity rating scale(CSS)score,stool characteristics(Bristol)score,patient assessment of constipation quality of life scale(PAC-QOL)score,Hamilton's depression scale(HAMD)score,and the levels of 5-HT,ghrelin and motilin were measured before the treatment and after 14 days of the treatment.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The CSS score,Bristol score,PAC-QOL score,and HAMD-24 score were all significantly decreased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in both groups(P＜0.05),and the scores in the combined therapy group were significantly lower than those in the conventional acupuncture group(P＜0.05).The levels of 5-HT,ghrelin and motilin were significantly increased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the increases were more significant in the combined therapy group than those in the conventional acupuncture group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 83.33％(25/30)in the combined therapy group,which was higher than 70.00％(21/30)in the conventional acupuncture group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of eye acupuncture and thumbtack needling can significantly improve stool properties,relieve constipation symptoms,relieve depression and improve life quality of the patients with PD-related constipation,and the mechanism may be related to the regulation of 5-HT and gastrointestinal hormone levels of ghrelin and motilin.关键词
