经筋刺联合加兰他敏穴位注射治疗顽固性面瘫临床研究
Clinical Study on Meridian-Sinew Acupuncture Combined with Galantamine Acupoints Injection in Treatment of Refractory Facial Paralysis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of meridian-sinew acupuncture combined with Galantamine acupoints injection in treatment of refractory facial paralysis.Methods:The clinical data of 96 patients with refractory facial paralysis was selected.The patients who received ordinary acupuncture were included in the control group 1,the patients who received meridian-sinew acupuncture were included in the control group 2,and the patients who received-meridian sinew acupuncture combined with Galantamine acupoints injection were included in the observation group.Each group had 32 patients,and they were treated every other day.Ten treatments were considered as one course,and the groups were treated for a total of three courses.The House-Brackmann(H-B)grading,the amplitude(Amp)and latency(Lat)of orbicularis oculi and orbicularis oris in electromyography(EMG)were observed before and after the treatment in the three groups.The differences in clinical effects were also observed among the three groups.Results:There were no statistical differences in H-B grading and facial EMG examination among the three groups before the treatment(P＞0.05);after the treatment,the H-B grading decreased in the three groups,and there were statistically significant differences among the groups(P＜0.05);the H-B grading in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group 1 and the control group 2(P＜0.01).The amplitude of orbicularis oculi and orbicularis oris increased and the latency shortened after the treatment in the three groups(P＜0.05);the improvements in EMG amplitude and latency were more significant than the other two groups(P＜0.01).The total effective rate was 93.75％(30/32)in the observation group,87.50％(28/32)in the control group 1,and 87.50％(28/32)in the control group 2;the clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2(P＜0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional therapy,the combination of meridian-sinew acupuncture and Galantamine acupoints injection has good clinical effects in treatment of refractory facial paralysis.It can effectively reduce the degree of facial nerve injury,improve facial function and neural excitation conduction,and promote the recovery of facial function.It has a significant therapeutic effect in treatment of refractory facial paralysis.关键词
