腹针结合筋结点针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究
Clinical Study of Abdominal Acupuncture Combined with Needling Myofascial Trigger Point in Treatment of CSR

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with needling myofascial trigger point in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:102 patients with CSR were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment whereas the observation group received abdominal acupuncture combined with needling myofascial trigger point.The clinical efficacy,neck pain,cervical spine function and range of motion were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate,the scores of Clinical Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis(CASCS),as well as the ranges of left flexion,right flexion,left rotation and right rotation were all significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).The pain scores and resistance index(RI)were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture combined with needling myofascial trigger point is markedly effective in treating CSR,which can effectively alleviate neck pain,improve cervical spine function and increase range of motion of neck and shoulder.关键词
