齐刺为主辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱证临床研究
Clinical Study on Triple Acupuncture as Main Treatment For CAG with Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of triple acupuncture as main treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with deficiency of Spleen and Stomach,and to explore the relationship between the efficacy and the course of the disease.Methods:80 CAG patients with deficiency of Spleen and Stomach syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional acupuncture,whereas the study group was mainly treated with triple acupuncture.After 3 months of the treatment,the integral points of TCM symptoms,single points of TCM symptoms,gastroscopy points,pathology points,gastric function indexes,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores,and the relationship between the effect of acupuncture treatment and the course of the disease were compared between the two groups.Results:The integral points of TCM symptoms,single points of TCM symptoms,gastroscopy points,pathology points and SAS points were lower(P＜0.05),and the levels of G-17,PGI and PGR were higher after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05);the improvements in the study group were more significant than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 87.50％(35/40)in the study group,which was higher than 70.00％(28/40)in the control group(P＜0.05).The efficacy of the two groups with a disease duration of no more than 6 months was better than that of that with a disease duration of 7-12 months and that with a disease duration of no less than 13 months(P＜0.05),and the efficacy of those with a disease duration of 7-12 months was better than those of those with a disease duration of no less than 13 months(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Triple acupuncture as main treatment for CAG with deficiency of Spleen and Stomach can significantly improve patients'gastric mucous membrane atrophy and gastric function indexes,significantly alleviate the stuffiness or pain of stomach and epigastric,nausea and low food intake,fatigue and weakness,and reduce anxiety.The shorter the duration of the disease,the better the therapeutic effect.关键词
