毫针粹刺法联合温针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症寒凝血瘀证痛经的疗效及作用机制研究
Therapeutic Effect and Mechanism of Red-Hot Filiform Needling Combined with Needle-Warming Moxibustion in Treatment of Dysmenorrhea due to Endometriosis of Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of red-hot filiform needling combined with needling-warming moxibustion in treatment of dysmenorrhea due to endometriosis(EM)of cold coagulation and blood stasis and its influence to the levels of serum inflammatory factors,vascular endothelial growth factor factor(VEGF),NGF factor(NGF)and Brain-derived neurotrophic factor factor(BDNF).Methods:A total of 200 EM cases of cold coagulation and blood stasis were randomly divided into the control group(n=100)and the observation group(n=100).The control group was treated with gestrinone,whereas the observation group was treated with red-hot filiform needling combined with needling-warming moxibustion.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms score,dysmenorrhea score,endometrial hemodynamics(RI,PI),inflammatory factors(IL-6,TNF-α,PGE2),VEGF,NGF and BDNF were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.00％(93/100),which was higher than 81.00％(81/100)of the control group(P＜0.05).The TCM symptoms score,dysmenorrhea score,and endometrial RI and PI were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).The serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,PGE2,VEGF,NGF and BDNF were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Red-hot filiform needling combined with needling-warming moxibustion has a significant therapeutic effect on dysmenorrhea of EM with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome,which can effectively relieve painful period,improve clinical symptoms,and decrease serum levels of inflammatory factors,VEGF,NGF,and BDNF.关键词
