电针夹脊穴配合穴位埋线治疗中心型肥胖伴高脂血症的临床研究
Clinical Study of Electro-Needling Jiaji Points Combined with Catgut Embedding in Treatment of Central Obesity with Hyperlipidemia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of electro-needling Jiaji points combined with acupoints catgut embedding on central obesity with hyperlipidemia.Methods:129 patients with central obesity and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into the control group(n=64)and the study group(n=65).The control group was treated with diet intervention and routine lipid-regulating medication;on which basis,the study group was also treated with electro-needling Jiaji points and acupoints catgut embedding.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.The obesity indexes(BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference and thigh circumference)and blood lipid levels were compared before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.92%(63/65),which was higher than 85.94%(55/64)of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of BMI,TC,TG and LDL-C were lower,the waist circumference,hip circumference and thigh circumference were less,and the level of HDL-C was higher after three months of the treatment than those before the treatment,and the improvements of the study group were more significant than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electro-needling Jiaji points combined with acupoints catgut embedding is effective in treating central obesity and hyperlipidemia,which can obviously alleviate obesity symptoms and reduce blood lipid levels without increasing adverse reactions.关键词
