Research Progress of Acupuncture Regulating PI3K/AKT Signaling Pathway in Treatment of Ischemic Stroke
摘要
Abstract
The pathophysiological mechanisms of ischemic stroke(IS)are highly complex and interconnected.Literature research has revealed that the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway is closely associated with IS.Acupuncture intervention in this pathway has been shown to exert therapeutic effects through anti-apoptosis,regulation of autophagy,promotion of angiogenesis and neurogenesis.This study summarizes and reviews domestic and international research on these mechanisms,aiming to provide a scientific basis for further experimental studies and the clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of IS.关键词
