上升式热泵烤烟系统性能的实验研究
Experimental Study on Performance of Ascending Type Heat Pump Flue-Cured Tobacco System
摘要
Abstract
In order to further explore the system characteristics of heat pump flue-cured tobacco,a new type of heat pump automatic control flue-cured tobacco system is designed,which adopts the ascending air supply method.Then,experimental investigation on the flue-cured tobacco performance of the system is conducted.The experimental results indicated that the temperature distribution inside the oven is uniform,and the coefficient of performance(COP)of the heat pump unit is between 3.67 and 6.72 during the whole baking process.The specific moisture extraction rate(SMER)of the system is 2.25 kg/(kW·h).Compared with the ascending coal-fired roasting house,the roasting cost of 1 kg dry tobacco leaves can be reduced by 0.65 yuan per kilogram,which has significant energy saving effect and good economic benefits.关键词
