Abstract
The model of variable frequency centrifugal chiller and central air conditioning water system is established based on actual operation data.The research of different proportional-integral-derivative(PID)control algorithm for variable speed centrifugal chiller is carried out through dynamic simulation programs,which includes positional PID control,incremental PID control and incremental PID feedforward control.The impact of different control algorithms on water temperature overshoot and stabilizing time of the system is studied.The results show that incremental PID control algorithm can reduce the overshoot to 0 and shorten the regulating time by 20%compared with the positional PID control algorithm,it's more suitable for variable speed centrifugal chillers.Compared with the algorithm without feedforward control,the feedforward control algorithm can suppress the impact of disturbances,reduce maximum overshoot by 10%and shorten regulating time by 12.5%,it makes the water system more stable.关键词
