数据中心逆流式露点间接蒸发冷却过程影响因素的数值分析
Numerical Analysis of Affecting Factors on Indirect Evaporative Cooling Process of Counter Flow Dew Point in Data Center

Abstract
A two-dimensional numerical model of countercurrent dew point indirect evaporative cooler is constructed based on the parameters of air conditioning cooling channel in the data center.Taking the average temperature of primary air outlet,wet bulb efficiency and cooling capacity as the evaluation indexes of cooler cooling performance,the effects of the secondary/primary air volume ratio,channel length and width on cooler cooling performance under different inlet velocities are studied.The findings demonstrate that raising the secondary/primary air volume ratio can lower outlet temperature while raising wet bulb efficiency.However,the cooling capacity first increases and subsequently diminishes,with the maximum value appearing between 0.2 and 0.3.With the increase of channel length and width,the channel contact area increases and the cooling performance of the cooler improves.The secondary/primary air volume ratio is set to 0.3,the inlet speed is set to 2.5 m/s,and the channel length and width are set to 1 m and 0.2 m respectively,which can save the investment cost while ensuring the cooling performance of the cooler.关键词
