Abstract

During the actual operation,the excess cooling capacity from the refrigeration host is always wasted.A model of an air handling unit is built and the impact of the percentage of fresh air on the cooling load is verified.The Simulink toolbox is used to build the air handling unit model.The air temperature and humidity in the room,and the inlet and outlet temperature of the chilled water are simulated.The results show the simulation error of air and water are lower than 3%,and 5%,respectively.This indicates that the simulation model has high simulation accuracy.Four different fresh air ratios are used for simulation.Under the condition that the chilled water flow is unchanged,and the larger the proportion of fresh air,the greater the cooling load.When the fresh air ratio is 20%,the indoor temperature can reach the set value.
