Abstract
According to the characteristics of R290 clothes dryer compressor,the distribution of refrigerating capacity and power loss of the compressor is analyzed,and the direction of energy efficiency improvement is put forward.By selecting the appropriate refrigerant oil,adjusting the relative eccentricity of rotor ψ,cylinder height-diameter ratio μ,suction and exhaust size,and optimizing the motor efficiency,the 5.8 cm3 displacement compressor is used as the carrier for fine design,so that the pump efficiency is increased by 2.9%,the motor efficiency is increased by 1.6%,and the energy efficiency of the whole machine is increased by 4.5%.At the same time,compared with the original style,it achieves the same performance,and the weight of the new structure compressor can be reduced by 12.8%,which promotes the development of small,light and efficient R290 compressor.关键词
