党参平肺活血汤对特发性肺间质纤维化患者的影响
Effects of Dangshen Pingfei Huoxue Decoction on Patients with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Dangshen Pingfei Huoxue Decoction on patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF).Method:A total of 86 patients with IPF who admitted to Hai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=43)and the study group(n=43)using the random number table method.The control group was given Methylprednisolone and Pirfenidone orally,and the study group was given Dangshen Pingfei Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors[salivary liquefied carbohydrate antigen-6(KL-6),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-13(IL-13)],pulmonary fibrosis indicators[hyaluronic acid(HA),type Ⅲ procollagen peptide(PC-Ⅲ),laminin(LN)],lung function[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC]and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores were compared between two groups.Result:After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant difference in inflammatory factors,pulmonary fibrosis indicators,pulmonary function and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of TGF-β1,IL-4,IL-13,KL-6,HA,PC-Ⅲ,LN and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores in two groups were decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in two groups were increased,and those in the study group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dangshen Pingfei Huoxue Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,reduce inflammation,delay the process of pulmonary fibrosis,and improve lung function and clinical symptoms.关键词
