Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of Yu's Zhuanggu Huoxue Decoction in the clinical treatment of osteoporosis with liver and kidney deficiency.Method:A total of 64 patients with osteoporosis with liver and kidney deficiency who admitted to Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group(Yu's Zhuanggu Huoxue Decoction+routine treatment)and the control group(routine treatment)by random number table method,32 cases in each group,the therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae L1-4,femoral trochanter and Ward triangle in two groups were increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the standing up and walking timing test and standing test of two groups were shorter,and those in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the linear gait test of two groups were increased,and that in the observation group was more than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of low back pain,lumbar and knee pain and lower limb pain in two groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the Barthel index,the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)and Fugl-Meyer of upper and lower limbs scores in two groups were increased,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.63%,which was higher than 68.75%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of osteoporosis with liver and kidney deficiency,the application of Yu's Zhuanggu Huoxue Decoction can increase bone density,promote the recovery of limb muscle strength and balance function,relieve clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of life,enhance the ability of daily life and enhance the motor function.关键词
