Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of different doses of Prednisone in the treatment of interstitial pneumonia, and to evaluate its effect on chest CT score.Method:A total of 80 patients with interstitial pneumonia treated in Changqing District People's Hospital of Jinan from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into groups using random number table method. The patients were randomly assigned to high-dose group(40 cases)and low-dose group(40 cases)to receive high-dose and low-dose Prednisone treatment, respectively. After the end of the treatment cycle, the clinical efficacy, pulmonary function indexes and chest CT scores of the two groups were observed and compared, and the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.Result:There were no significant differences in total effective rate, forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),total lung volume(TLC),carbon monoxide dispersion(DLCO)and chest CT scores before and after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in high-dose group was 30.00%,which was significantly higher than 10.00%in low-dose group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of interstitial pneumonia, the low-dose group and the high-dose group have similar efficacy, which can effectively improve the lung function of patients and reduce the chest CT score, but the low-dose group has better safety. Therefore, when choosing a treatment plan, the efficacy and safety should be comprehensively considered, and the dose should be selected individually according to the specific conditions of the patient to ensure the best treatment effect and maintain the safety of the patient.关键词
