Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath combined with acupuncture at Baliao acupoint on patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Method:A total of 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoidal surgery admitted to the Second Hospital of Sanming City and the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into groups according to treatment methods.The control group(n=30)was given traditional Chinese medicine sitting bath,and the observation group(n=30)combined with Baliao acupoint acupuncture scheme.The levels of inflammatory factors,pain stress index,pain degree score,anal edema degree and anal function were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in inflammatory factors,pain stress index,pain degree score,edema degree score and anal function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors,pain stress indexes,pain degree score,edema degree score,anal canal high pressure band length and Wexner score were all decreased in the two groups compared with those before treatment,while the diastolic pressure,anal canal resting pressure and maximum anal canal systolic pressure were all increased,and the improvement of all indexes in the observation group was more significant,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath combined with acupuncture at the Baliao acupoint can alleviate the inflammatory state of patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoid surgery,inhibit the release of pain mediators,reduce pain and edema,and improve anal function.关键词
