Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of intelligent pelvic floor ultrasound in the diagnosis of female stress urinary incontinence.Method:From January to July 2024,116 female patients with stress urinary incontinence(the observation group)and 100 healthy women(the control group)were selected from the First Hospital of Fangshan District,Beijing.Both groups was given intelligent pelvic floor ultrasound examination.The related parameters of ultrasound examination[bladder neck descent(BND),urethral rotation angle(URA),posterior urethral angle(PVUA),levator hiatus area]and formation rate of urethral funnel were compared between two groups,and the diagnostic efficacy of intelligent pelvic floor ultrasound was analyzed.Result:The BND,URA,PVUA,levator hiatus area and formation rate of urethral funnel in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of intelligent pelvic floor ultrasound were 99.14%(115/116),98.00%(98/100)and 98.61%(213/216),respectively.Conclusion:Intelligent pelvic floor ultrasound has high application value in the diagnosis of female stress urinary incontinence,and can provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
