Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of transvaginal ultrasound Render and tomographic ultrasound imaging(TUI)imaging in evaluating intrauterine adhesions(IUA).Method:The medical records of 92 patients admitted to Jingzhou Third People's Hospital for suspected IUA from October 2022 to May 2024 were collected retrospectively.All patients underwent transvaginal ultrasound Render,TUI imaging,and hysteroscopy.Hysteroscopy results were used as the gold standard to analyze the value of transvaginal ultrasound Render and TUI imaging in evaluating IUA.Result:A total of 80 patients were diagnosed with IUA by hysteroscopy.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,and accuracy of combined diagnosis using transvaginal ultrasound Render and TUI imaging were relatively better.The diagnostic results of transvaginal ultrasound Render,TUI imaging,and combination of the two were generally consistent with those of hysteroscopy.The consistency between combined diagnosis and hysteroscopy was the highest.Among the 80 patients diagnosed with IUA by hysteroscopy,30 were rated as mild adhesions,32 as moderate adhesions,and 18 as severe adhesions.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound rendering imaging combined with TUI were higher for evaluating the degree of adhesion.Conclusion:The combined application of transvaginal ultrasound rendering imaging and TUI can better diagnose IUA and evaluate the degree of adhesion.关键词
