Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the thromboelastography(TEG)and conventional coagulation tests(CCTs)detection on rebleeding risk in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method:The clinical data of 106 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(as observation group)and 90 patients without intracerebral hemorrhage(as control group)admitted to Jingzhou Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected. All patients underwent TEG and CCTs detection.According to the recurrence of cerebral hemorrhage 60 minutes after treatment, the observation group was divided into bleeding group(27 cases)and non-bleeding group(79 cases). The TEG and CCTs indexes were compared between the observation group and the control group, and between the bleeding group and the non-bleeding group.TEG parameters included coagulation initiation time(R),K time(K),α Angle(Angle),platelet aggregation function(MA),coagulation composite index(CI)and fibrinolytic index(LY30).CCTs measures included prothrombin time(PT),international normalized ratio(INR),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen concentration(FIB),D-dimer(D-D),and platelet count(PLT).Result:R,K,LY30,PT,INR,APTT,TT,and D-D were in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and Angle,MA,CI,FIB and PLT were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).R,K,LY30,PT,INR,APTT,TT,and D-D in the bleeding group were higher than those in the non-bleeding group, and Angle,MA,CI,FIB and PLT were lower than those in the non-bleeding group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of TEG and CCTs detection in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can effectively evaluate the severity of the disease and the prognosis, and the combined test is more effective.关键词
