摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the epidemiological distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii in sputum culture of ICU pneumonia patients.Method:A total of 90 patients hospitalized in the ICU of Funing County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected, patients were divided into two groups based on the results of bacterial examination of respiratory secretions:48 patients with positive sputum cultures for Acinetobacter baumannii were included in the observation group, and 42 patients with negative sputum cultures were included in the control group.Sputum samples from all ICU pneumonia patients were collected once daily for 3 consecutive days using methods such as natural expectoration, bronchoscopy and endotracheal suction, these samples were then subjected to culture for Acinetobacter baumannii and antibiotic susceptibility testing, and the epidemiological distribution was analyzed.Result:There were no significant differences in age, gender, underlying disease,ICU hospitalization time, sequential organ failure estimation score, acute physiology and chronic health score Ⅱ score between two groups(P>0.05);the mechanical ventilation rate in the ICU ward of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);sensitivity testing results showed that Acinetobacter baumannii had the highest drug resistance rate to Ceftazidime, reaching 79.17%,followed by Imipenem and Meropenem, with rates of 68.75%and 66.67%,respectively,and the drug resistance rate to Polymyxin B was 18.75%.Conclusion:Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from ICU patients exhibits high resistance to various antibiotics, particularly Ceftazidime. The need to optimize antibiotic use and enhance infection control measures in the ICU to effectively curb infections.关键词
