摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of personalized nursing combined with humanistic care on psychological state and compliance behavior of patients with heart failure after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for myocardial infarction.Method:A total of 100 patients with heart failure after PCI for myocardial infarction who admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group(n=49)and the observation group(n=51)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with personalized nursing combined with humanistic care intervention.The psychological status[hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS):anxiety scale(HADS-A),depression scale(HADS-D)],compliance behavior,quality of life[quality of life questionnaire for patients with heart failure(MLHFQ)]and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention,the HADS-A scores and HADS-D scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of taking medicine on time,diet control,exercise training and lifestyle change in the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical field,emotional field and other fields in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of physical field and other fields in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference in the score of emotional field between two groups after intervention(P>0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 79.59%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nursing combined with humanistic care can effectively improve the adverse psychological state,compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with heart failure after PCI for myocardial infarction,and nursing satisfaction is higher.关键词
