手术室全程无缝隙护理干预对嵌顿性腹股沟疝手术患者应激指标和并发症的影响
Impact of Whole-course Seamless Nursing Intervention in Operating Room on Stress Indicators and Complications of Patients Undergoing Incarcerated Inguinal Hernia Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of whole-course seamless nursing intervention in operating room on stress indicators and complications of patients undergoing incarcerated inguinal hernia surgery.Method:A total of 102 patients with incarcerated inguinal hernia who admitted to Nantong Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into the experimental group(51 cases)and the control group(51 cases)by stratified random sampling method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given whole-course seamless nursing intervention in operating room.The operation related indexes,stress indexes,body temperature changes,psychological status and complications were compared between two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time,anal exhaust time,ambulation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after operation,the levels of stress indexes in two groups were increased,but the levels of heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,epinephrine and cortisol in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the body temperatures of the experimental group at 15 min,30 min and the end of the operation were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the tension,anger,fatigue,depression,energy,panic,self-emotion scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were lower than than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole-course seamless nursing intervention in operating room can effectively improve operation related indexes,stress responses,temperature stability and psychological status in patients undergoing incarcerated inguinal hernia surgery,while also reducing the occurrence of complications.关键词
