Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of nerve tendon sliding exercise based on feedback method in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with acute carpal tunnel syndrome.Method:A total of 100 postoperative patients with acute carpal tunnel syndrome who admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method,the patients were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group was given nerve tendon sliding exercise based on feedback method.After 2 months of intervention,the hand function,pain degree,rehabilitation exercise compliance and quality of life were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention,the functional status,symptom severity scores and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the compliance rate of rehabilitation exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of pain,sleep quality,psychological function and physiological function in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nerve tendon sliding exercise based on feedback method in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with acute carpal tunnel syndrome can improve hand function,reduce pain,increase rehabilitation exercise compliance rate and quality of life.关键词
