Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of"one disease,one product"nursing program on bone pain and quality of life of osteoporosis patients.Method:Forty-five patients with osteoporosis receiving routine orthopedic nursing measures in Xiamen Third Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected as the control group,and 45 patients with osteoporosis receiving the"one disease,one product"nursing program from July to December 2023 were selected as the experimental group.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,osteoporosis self-efficacy scale(OSES)score and osteoporosis quality of life scale score were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in VAS score,self-efficacy score and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).Three months after discharge,VAS score of the experimental group was(0.87±0.63)points,which was lower than(2.18±0.78)points of the control group,self-efficacy score and quality of life score were(89.89±4.79)points and(48.93±2.89)points,respectively,which was higher than(79.49±4.72)points and(41.73±2.97)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:"One disease,one product"nursing program can effectively improve the self-efficacy of osteoporosis patients,reduce the symptoms of bone pain,and improve the quality of life.关键词
