Abstract
Objective:To explore and evaluate the nursing intervention effect of high-risk early warning and decision support system in emergency patients with multiple rib fractures.Method:A total of 84 patients with multiple rib fractures who admitted to the Department of Emergency Medicine of Mianyang Hospital,School of Medicine,University of Electronic Science and Technology of China·Mianyang Central Hospital from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into group A and group B according to different nursing methods,with 42 cases in each group.Group A was given routine emergency nursing,and group B was given nursing intervention of high-risk early warning and decision support system on the basis of group A.The treatment time,quality of life[the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)],adverse events during intervention and patients'care satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:The emergency triage time,emergency stay time and start treatment time in group B were shorter than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.358,5.408,7.802,P<0.05);on the day of transfer,the scores of physiological function,physical pain and general health status in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in group B were higher than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(t=2.952,2.223,2.599,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in group B was 4.76%,which was lower than 21.43%in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.126,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of group B on the day of transfer was 97.62%,which was higher than 80.95%of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.480,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing intervention of high-risk early warning and decision support system in emergency patients with multiple rib fractures can shorten the treatment time,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of adverse events during nursing,and the nursing satisfaction on the day of transfer is high.关键词
