Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of bronchoalveolar lavage combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin on patients with severe pneumonia undergoing prone position ventilation.Method:A total of 80 patients with severe pneumonia who underwent prone position ventilation in Qixingguan District People's Hospital,Bijie City from January 2020 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin,and the observation group was treated with bronchoalveolar lavage combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin.The clinical efficacy,blood gas indexes,inflammatory factors and other observational indexes of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)in two groups was higher than those before treatment,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),white blood cell count and procalcitonin(PCT)were lower than those before treatment,the PaO2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the PaCO2,white blood cell count and PCT were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the mechanical ventilation time,ICU time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bronchoalveolar lavage combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin in patients with severe pneumonia undergoing prone position ventilation can improve the clinical effect,improve the blood gas indexes,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,shorten the treatment time,and have a positive impact on promoting the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
