摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the differential effects of intensive statin therapy on blood lipid and plaque stability in patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis(CAS)of different genders.Method:A total of 84 patients with CAS who admitted to Liangzhou Hospital,Wuwei City from March 2020 to March 2024 were selected for the study, they were divided into the male group(n=42)and female group(n=42)according to gender differences, both groups were treated with intensive statin therapy. The clinical efficacy, lipid indexes level, plaque stability and inflammatory factors level were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of male group was higher than that of female group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);after 60 d of treatment, the levels of blood lipid indexes in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment, and the improvement of male group were better than those of female group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 60 d of treatment, the levels of plaque stability indexes in both groups were lower than before treatment, and those in the male group were lower than the those in female group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 60 d of treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Intensive statin therapy can significantly improve blood lipid levels, plaque stability and inflammatory factors levels in patients with CAS,and the improvement of blood lipid levels and plaque stability in men are better than those in women.关键词
